I cannot figure out how to make playlists and store them on my Sony mp3 player. I have workout music and study music and I cannot figure out how to make them so I can listen to the playlists separately.

You have to download iTunes software and make a playlist then sinc the ipod.

try using samsung media studio it comes with the samsung mp3 it self it does everything no other media player will help you

make sure your downloading it to the right folder on the mp3 player its usualy the music folder or you can try and use windows media player here are some instructions for that option.

I am having the exact same problem. During a workout it got wet while sweating, I removed the plastic outer case to allow it to dry out but it is still on hold and stuck there. Did anyone figure this out? Sony will exchange it for a refurbished one for $121 or repair it for $101. I only paid $90 for it. I guess I will buy on Ipod next time.
