you have to reset your phone..
just type (blackberry) 10 times on the password request box then it ask for factory data reset click (OK) thats all.

I assume that you have Blackberry Protect activated on the Phone...so all you will have to do is enter the Password 10 times and the BB will reset Phone to factory defaults and then you will log into BB Protect with your Phone and restore from backuP normally BB Protect backsuP weekly by default

Just enter the password incorrectly 10 times, you will need to type blackberry whenever propmted to proceed. Make sure incorrect password is at least 6 characters long.

for this you need to call black berry tech support as they will try to take back the phone to the default factory setting .

dial 611 and say manage my account and type in or say your account password and then wait for the options one of them is reset voicemail password and it should reset your voicemail password.

you will lose all information...you need to enter the p/w 10x incorrectly then the phone will reset back to it's default.

Juat enter the wrong password in 10 times and it will wipe the data and reset it back to factory defaults, downside you will have to resync your phone...
