Check the blower motor speed control resistor pack is ok.
(The resistor pack is usually located in the blower fan ducting in the air flow).
Check condition of electrical connection terminals on the blower motor circuit - these terminals pass considerable current and over time may fatigue overheat and loosen.
Check operation/replace any blower motor control relay,
Check the blower motor will run if +12v directly applied to the blower motor.
Check operation of the blower motor speed control switch is ok.

2003 Honda Accord v6 AC and car alarm electrical issues, maybe connected ?

what sub model accord, v6 LX ,
manual or full climate control option??? guess full.
fuses not checked PCM scanned for DTC errors EVAC, hopeless/?
so car starts and runs sand drives ok, <<< not told that.
yes the AC brain on most modern cars is BCM brain controls
and the brain does control the AC compressor. if that is dead so be AC, THE COMPRESSOR CLUTCH, is run by PCM RELAY.
NOT TOLD OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE NOR COUNTRY../
HERE IS A LIST.
1: CHECK ALL FUSES FIRST, CAB AND ENGINE BAY ALL FUSE BOXES SKIP NONE.
2: CHECK IP CLUSTER FOR ERRORS ,ALARMS ERRORS OR LAMPS GLOWING OR IMMO LAMP SHOWS IMMO IS UNHAPPY, MODE.
3: ENGINE STARTS AND RUNS AND CAR DRIVES.?????????
4: HEAD LAMPS WORK KEY ON AND OFF. ,
5: OTHER ELECTRIC FAILURES OR JUST THE BLOWER ONLY?
6: SCAN THE pcM FOR ERRORS, AC IS CUT DEAD EVEN FOR ENGINE OVERHEATING OR OVERLOADED !!! OR IN LIMP MODE/
yah can't fix modern cars lacking a scan tool, no way./

bLOWER FACTS
PER THE SM BOOK REAL

THERE IS A BLOWER RELAY AND SOME FUSES. 12VDC SIDE.
FUSE 30 DASH
AND 21 HOOD, BOTH MUST BE GOOD. and fuse 12 V6
THE bLOWER gets GROUND FROM THIS
Audio-HVAC--Display Panel
l AND ITS BLOW POWER TRANSISTOR MODULE
SO WE KNOW THE TRANSISTOR IS off. IS CAUSE 1.
ONLY WHY REMAINS!!!!
YES THE CONTROLLER DOES NOT WANT TO RUN ANY DEAD BLOWER AND RISK ICE DAMAGE TO THE EVAP CORE.

THE Audio-HVAC Display Panel, READS MOTOR SPEED ACTUAL. speed (a kind blower tachometer wire)
IF SAY A INSECTS NEST JAMMED UP THE BLOWER FAN
THE AUDIO -HVAC, MODULE SEE THAT AND CUTS AC DEAD BY DESIGN AND HARD GOOD REASons/
the THE Audio-HVAC , has the ICE up sensor and monitors R134a
high/low switch and if wrong, tells the PCM to shut down its
Clutch solenoid to compressor ending all AC .
I am no sure what blower does.
but I can say this tell of blower works in heat mode or blower + no AC no HEAT mode. yes then the blower is not bad, nor the controller
what is wring is inputs to the controller are dead wrong
and not scanning the PCM after fuses is why you don't know.

l;earn now this works
Audio-HVAC
Display
Module

not checking fuses first then scanning the PCm is why answers simple are not found.

like these and scads more.

My GMC Envoy keeps blowing the 10 amp fuse for the heaters.I unplugged the front blower fan but it still does it. Is the other fan in the consul?

The fuse isn't for blower motor. I saw a fuse 39 and fuse 36 both 10 amp, both for hvac. I don't know which one is blowing? One fuse is for actuator doors under the dash, the other is battery voltage to hvac control module. One is hot all the time, the other goes hot with key on.
What is model year? Does it blow as soon as you turn on the key? Any applicable hvac trouble codes? About all I can do is track wiring circuits.

Where's the relay for the blower located in a 2001 suzuki xl-7 grand vitara

the car has 26 relays!@
and 1 to or 3 fans
are you saying the heater/ A.C blower is dead./ the HVAC?
or engine fan (its mech for rad)
or condenser fan, no symptoms posted, just relay hunts.

my guess is you dont know how the blower in the heater works.
so will cover that.
The HVAC.
First test is blower in high, failing is bad fuse.?
if lower speeds fail, (a top clue) then the blower resistor is bad.
but only on the manual hvac option!

lets backup,I have full parts list on your car, here, USA. spec
the car came new with 2 class type of HVAC
manual AC with blower resistor
or
full auto system that as a new brain box, and a transistor box
that controls blower, at all times, its just a transistor. (no brains)
some cars with the full auto HVAC feature
have a self test mode.
and self calibration feature (learn) all this is in the BIG BOOK.
apples and oranges, different to the extreme.
so instead of me guessing car you bought. ill tell you to RTM

just 4 bucks, and only covers that exact year, and car only.
not a clone book as the folks post here , RAG books.
the real deal here from suzuki actual....

the BIG BOOK. see chapter HVAC and read.

Jeep fuse panel diagram

please post accurate symptoms
does the fan blow fast on high, is the first question.
sure going down road works that is the natural cowl vent doing that,
free air.
the controls for the fan are in the FSM covered 100%
ever consider looking there first?
see chapter called HVAC here.
then see wring, hvac, last chapter. TJ car.

ever heard of $10 voltmeter, for that grand sum all that work and guessing ends, and the hug costs.......
if the fan dont have 12vdc to it ,it can blow. fact.
so yours dont.

first would be a new blower fuSe for 10 cents

wiring index is page 19 /236 pdf page
and 8w42 is hvac. pdf page 103

page 105 pdf is yours.
all on one page, and a volt meter and bang the truth.
no guessing no fiddling around.
ask for help with Vmeter.

hints.
on high the motor is ground.
the other side ,needs 12vdc from the blower relay
both fuses must be hot (12v) both side or the relay will be dead.
easy huh?

How do i replace the fan motor and where is it located?

wow, 3 fans in car and we get to guess, why.?
first what are you doing.? (guess,i want cab heat to blow?)
parked key off?
hot engine wanting heat from HVAC vents
? what?
or under hood and radiator fans are dead but overheated.

HVAC is a blower fan,or blower, the fuse is called blow.
does blower sound ok on high???? SouND?
if yes (if no controls are bad)
is air flow weak. yes. that is dampers failing
both the blower and dampers and heater core are in the center
tor right(usa) of dash in hugh black box.
first check fuses
then scan the car. yes, you must scan it see HVAC errors
or its all just a waste of time..

some models have filter and packed up ,my block air flow
some have it others dont,. not fun finding it.
most are behind glove box (after removal)

Test the electrical circuits ! Manual HVAC or automatic HVAC ?
Do you know the difference ? Heater / A/C blower motor electrical control diffrent . Manual has resistors an a relay for different speeds , automatic has a blower motor control module .Free wiring diagrams here http://www.bbbind.com/free-tsb Enter vehicle info year , make , model and engine size . Under system click on HVAC ,then under subsystem HVAC controls will pop up . Click the search button , then the blue links . First off you need to know what system yours has , manual or automatic.

2006 chevy hhr hvac blower/fan

The fan is normally used for both heating and cooling. Check the owners manual for the fuse location and see if it is blown. If so, replace it and try the fan again. If the fuse blows again, the motor is probably seized and will need a mechanic to oil and free or replace it. If you can get to it your self, BE CAREFUL, and touch the motor when it is turned on. if it gets hot without turning, it is probably electrically OK and seized. If it does't get hot or hum and the fuse is OK, Its either bad or has a problem that will need to be traced. Best to take it to a GOOD mechanic that you trust. Trouble shooting can get complicated.

HVAC Blower stopped working

The fuse you replaced powers the hvac control. The run relay is powered by a 30amp fuse in the fuse box near the battery.
Is the relay getting power from that 30amp fuse ?
