Does anyone have the schematic for LCD control

Does anyone have the schematic or know where can I get for LCD control panel for Maytag Neptune modle FAV9800AWQ,
part number 25001189? I'm trying to repair the back light of the LCD

I don’t believe you will find a schematic for the control board. I have a FAV6800AW all I have be able to find is the wiring schematic found in the FAV6800AW/FAV9800AW Service Manual.
Is your machine out of the 5yr warranty period for the Control Board? I got Maytag to send me one.
Saw this on e-bay

    Yea Tom post back on how you are making out with the LCD console flavor of this machine.

    Watch out for those pesky dc/UC errors related to failed One-Way Roller Clutches- bearing issues in Spin Cycle with the Clutch Pulley. And the PITA errors associated with corrosion issues with the Left Hand Lid Lock, OP, OD and FL error codes. Have :)………Rich

    I’m an owner rookie DIY’er and find the machine is very easy to work on. Ya just need some hands on experience. I’m always fixing it if it’s not broken.

    My Sump Cap screen mod to prevent clogsa you and drain pump impeller self destruction from coins.

    Cheap retro fit.

Mdg9700 drum not turning
Without the schematic all I can do is go by the general schematic the schematic should be located in the control panel anyway a broken belt will cause the tumbler not to rotate, a bad belt switch, probably not the problem, an open safety thermostat will stop power to the motor, a bad motor of course will cause the problem and lastly a bad relay on the control board will do it, remember I do this everyday so for a DIY it make pose a bit of a problem to know these part locations or how to disassemble the unit

looking at schematics looks like you main control board is the faulty part. you have done a very good job of tracing the voltages from the source. been that all voltages are present and door switch is good the part left is the control board. here is the part# 33002886. you can find it at sears website or service center.

The kit comes complete with an instruction sheet and an adapter connector. Just follow the instructions. Call Maytag if the instructions are missing.

Yes the LCD flavor of the machine is a bit more expensive to replace.

Have you checked Ebay?

Verify the outlet has power by plugging in a table lamp. If your lanp works, you have 120vac. Next, I would look around the unit to see if there might be a fuse somewhere in the line of power. Not being familiar with this particular washer, but having an idea about LCD controlled machines, I'm pretty certain the manufacturer would want to fuse the incoming power so as not to wipe out the LCD with a power spike.

I sounds like this is a common problem with the Maytag Neptune TL after about 3-5 years. Mine finally went out yesterday after several months of bearings getting louder all of the time. Had this problem twice now. The first time it was still under warranty and the guy just changed the panel out but I did notice that when he moved the panel just a tad it worked. So again this problem just happened so we are figuring if we need to take the panel out and secure it again. Might of just loosened up.

sounds like you may have had a power outage or tripped the breaker on the main electrical panel on your house. can you have a look for me please?

if not it's the main control board that is defective.

can you tell me the full model # & serial # (these will be located on your bill of sale, since you can't open the door).

i will check the warranty info and let you know if the board has warranty.

it is saying locked rotor situation, could be a loose connection at the main board, at the door switch or the motor is bad, bet motor kit # for motor and board 12002039 good luck with the repair

Maytag washer 3e fault code
3E == overcurrent detected at the motor.

Open the control panel, there you will find a tech sheet that explains how to put the machine into service mode and what to do while in service mode to track this down. Once on service mode, you can cycle through and retrieve all diagnostic codes. You will also find serveral other diagnostic service notes. Read them and follow the instructions to test the motor, motor control, and main control board.
