My rca m61wh74s turns on with great pic and sound,, then within a min or two the picture shuts off but the sound stays on and my power light flashes 4 times then steady on then four times again and repeats. I replaced the bulb 8 months ago when it popped very loudly and clearly was blown showing the same power light sequence. Could A bulb be bad and still light up brightly for a short time? I dont hear any unusual noises coming from inside.
I have the same issue, we've had to change our bulb three times in less than two years. now we have 61" expensive paper weight. Our current bulb is less than 6 months old. The TV is only 2 years old and like i said this is our third bulb.
the blue light blinks 4 times. you get sound. then a few minutes the the picture returns... then it goes out, and the cycle goes on.
A solution to this would be greatly appreciated.
