You will need to replace the cracked section. You should be able to find a local Bunn distributor for the part required. Have your serial number handy.

Make sure you are using Bunn Vpr brand cupcake filters, not theshorter-sided generic variety. Also, inquire with Bunn Vpr about an optionalattachment for some models that will slow down the rate of water flow. Lastly,ensure that you are not over-filling the basket with grinds. There is an upperlimit to how much a coffeemaker will hold, and some people try to compensatefor weak coffee by adding too much. A lot of times, people now a days, also go to local coffee shop and have them grind there coffee fresh, and the coffee shop a lot of times will grind it to fine. And that would cause it to get clogged and overflow. Thanks So, much and hope this help. Use a pair of pliers to remove sprayhead, it should not be in there too tight.

Go to the Bunn website under manuals index.Go to type Model and look under service and repair section to view wiring diagram.

Your unit needs service. Contact the company that sold or installed the unit.

You are using the wrong filter for that unit

Not enough coffee

Our Bunn VPR was delivering luke warm coffee. The problem was lime scale buildup on the heating element. I recommend using a cleaner such as Brew Rite or a vinegar solution. If it still does not heat properly, unplug and remove the heating element for cleaning. This corrected our problem.

I own a bunn and my brother's business owns 2 of these. The rule of thumb as he was told by the salesman is 2 oz of coffee grinds per 48 oz of water.
