    man i have a sony vaio vgn-fe865e wich is made 4 windows vista ... i want 2 format and instal windows xp sp2 ... so i want drivers for windows xp sp2 ... i dont think they will be installed manualy ... i will not risk it

    download the intel 945g chipset and the sigmatel audio for xp that should solve everything except the mass storage controller which I am still working on

I need audio driver for Sony Viao VGN-SZ430N win XP
I had the same proble... and was SOLVED:

1-Download the propiate Audio driver from the VGN-SZ430N XP Support driver
2-Download Legroom Universal Extractor. Install the software.
3-Extract the driver using Univeral Extractor.
4-Browse through the extracted folder: TEMPEXEFOLDER; and then run the "setup" file from there.
4-It will install this way (you will see a quick splash screen of the Audio driver brand).

you must have recived a cd with the laptop
the drivers for xp should be in that cd and if you cant find it in that call the tech support they will be able to send you the cd
