Still need help? Found a solution. P.S : only for pc to phone and vice versa. Hope it works for u. From ur phone search ur pc and pair them using security code permanently. Open ur "my bluetooth places". Search for devices in range and open s3310 upon discovery. Use FTP server to enter phone. Open mmc and tada!!! Copy anything. The solution may vary from type of bluetooth. However essential features of this method include pairing from phone and then opening FTP server from pc. Note that phone should be visible and bluetooth visibility should be on from memory card settings. Reply if works. Also, if it doesnt work, post here, so help can be given

Access to internal storage of cell phone, Samsung metro B313E

Sounds like You need to visit You're local Tech store, Someone who can unlock You're phone, But then again I don't think You're phone ever captured the file completely.Because All files are always sent from the Last to first KB of info. So since You cannot find the file folder You do Not have the file. No system will save a file with out a folder. I believe You have Corrupted files the are taking up Space on You're phone these need to be cleaned out. Just Beware of Who unl;ocks You're phone. Ask You're friends first if they can recommend someone they trust. Have a happy New Year and good luck

I am using s3310 samsung i want to transfer the file more eg.278mb due to less in phone memory plz help..

We cannot do this type of high content file transactions in s3310 mobile. If you want to transfer files which is more than phone memory,we have to get a memory card and transfer files to memory card and then to phone memory if possible.
Memory card is needed to transfer large content (example:278megabytes) files to phone.

How to make memory card default storage of samsung GT s3310

Actually s3310 is slim and loaded with all facilities like mp3,Bluetooth and many more."We cannot change the default memory storage to memory card".I tested in all ways.
When the Bluetooth is on,we can transfer files only to phone and not to memory card.
If you want to transfer files with 1 gigabytes size, you have to split it up and transfer to phone and then to memory card.

I can't save files or data directly to memory card

Samsung s3310 cannot import files to memory card directly,When we are transferring through Bluetooth. When we are transferring files through Bluetooth,it stores in default to phone memory and this memory cannot be changed to memory card memory.
There is one way to transfer large files with 500megabytes size through compression of file and splitting up to many sizes. We can use any software for compression and splitting up."ERROR MESSAGE:memory is full" can be avoided through this above way.

Describe your samsung GT S3310 Problem when I start receiving file via bluetooth it shows phone memory full, but I have 917 mb storage free,so plz tell me how to make memory card default storage

In Samsung s3310,we cannot change the default memory storage to memory card.Instead we can split up the file which has large content like 500 megabytes or more.
The "phone memory full" error message can be avoided by splitting the file and then transferring it to phone and then to memory card.
your phone has 256megabytes free.so,split the file to 250MB and transfer it to phone and then transfer it to the memory card. Then transfer next 250MB file to phone ,then to memory card.I am saying this, for file content which is 500MB

Samsung s3310

We cannot change the default memory storage to memory card.To store a large size media file in memory card via Bluetooth, split the file by using any splitting softwares, then transfer it to the phone and then to memory card. The splitter software can split any files into any megabytes as you prefer.
Samsung s3310 phone memory is 256MB free.so,split the media file to 250MB and then transfer.
