Hi I have the samsung tocco ultra phone its touch screen when i get a message i can read it through the prompt on the screen but now when i get a message i dont get that just an envelope at the top and there is a message constantly on my screen sayin no event please help as i would like it back to the way it was. thanks

It could be a software problem (but you can't connect by USB cable) or a hardware problem. Unfortunately without proper tools you can't fix either. You just have to take it to a Samsung service.

The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a re-installation. Try and warm the phone to see if there is moisture that has effected the touch screen. Seeking help from the authorized service /support center is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

When you're reading the text, use the volume button on the left of the phone to increase or decrease the font size.

samsung tocco ultra memory card wont show up, it used to, why isnt it now?!

open one of your message and use the volume up/down button. if u press the 'voice down' button its gonna be smaller.

When in touch screen mode scroll either up or down you will find it there, the wallpaper is bigger than the screen

I think you have to ring up the voicemail, by pressing and holding down the 1 button and then listen to the options, i think you can set a message from there? hope that helps
