I just got a Motorola W755 that was previously used. I've tried the master clear and it does erase my settings but the one thing I'm trying to remove stays. I want to clear out the old users phone number - it's in an area called NAM and in another area called "My Number" - MDN. There are two phone numbers in the phone and it was used in florida. I am in Tennessee. I haven't activated the phone yet because I don't know how to replace these phone numbers with mine. It is a Verizon phone. Does anyone know what I need to do to get the old phone numbers out and mine in?
SOURCE: motorola master reset code
Master reset code is 0000 is the default code. Either 1234 is the code.
SOURCE: voicemail number can't be changed
>Message
>OPEN MENUS BUTTON (black round button in the middle of the 4 way selector arrows
>Msg Center Menu
>Voicemail Setup, etc
NB the Open Menus Button is often mistaken for just another way to say 'Select', but in fact opens up a whole range of sub-menus that can't be accessed any other way, and eg allows you to delete messages, etc.

The IMEI number is usually on the label under the battery. You may also be able to find it in the phone software version menu.
