Screen froze after installing WM 6.1

Only in case you happen to have the ROM lock code, which came printed in the original box and in some stickers inside it (otherwise, you won't be able to upgrade the ROM), feel free to download this file to your PC and unzip it, Make sure either ActiveSync (for Windows XP) or Windows Mobile Device Center (for both Vista and 7) is running on your PC, connect your 9502 to your PC through the USB cable, run the unpacked EUM SFX executable file on your PC and follow the prompts. Don't disconnect your phone until you are told to.

Please try this and let me know if it works:

Open the imate 9502, then click on windows which is the start menu, go to settings, click on the system tab, then click on Multilingual Support (its an icon which has an arabic letter on it), click the third tab which is control and below the check box their are two bars click on the first bar and choose english with arabic support. then exit to the main screen. And close the phone and re-open it again and everything will turn out to be in english.

Sure, download this file to your PC and unpack it. You'll find a pdf file with instructions. Anyway, connect your device to your PC, which shall have either ActiveSync (for Windows XP) or WMDC (Vista and 7) installed, run the extracted executable file, and follow the prompts. The upgrade procedure will hard reset your device. After it comes back to life, it will have a WM6.1 (v1.77) ROM, which is the last ROM released by i-mate prior to its bankruptcy.

imate, ultimate 8502, when i started to boot, hangup at "align screen"
i already tapped the screen at 4 corners, but still hangup at align screen, so pls guide me what i have to do

Well, if it is a .zip or .rar file, unpack it on your computer, until you get a .cab file. Copy this .cab file to anyhwere you want on your phone, and tap over it. If you are prompted to choose the installation place, I think this type of application would work better in the internal memory.

The only way I know to bypass the password request procedure is to hard reset. You must, most probably, know that a hard reset will reset your device to its factory defaults, thus deleting all programs you have installed, as well as your personal data and settings. Anyway, to hard reset your device, slide its keyboard open. Then, press and hold both the blue 'Fn' and the green 'Call/Send' buttons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the reset pin with the stylus pen. Release the keys only when a confirmation request screen comes up. Confirm the procedure by pressing the left softkey (which should be labeled 'Yes').

my hanphone not outgoing call

look sir,
the operating system should be installed from your PC not from the i-mate  
so  you will have to do the following:
A- install microsoft activsync to connect the i-mate to the PC
B- download the windows 6 file
C- connect the i-mate to the PC then open the windows 6 file by double click it , it will guide you to instll the operating system on your device
note:
windows 6 mobile will not properlly work on i-mate jam you will find a problem when you use it,
so my advice is to install the 2003 CE and install all it's updates this will be batter than that
