I am just setting up my new laptop Acer 7720G.
Wabcam, when ever I am truing to activait it end with Warrning: Acer Crystal Eye Wabcam.exe has encountered a problem and needto close. We are very sorry for inconvenience." -So do I.
Can you ha-lp me to fix that problem?

If the laptop is new it will be under waranty. Did the shop you purchased the laptop from install the webcam? If so let them fix the problem, if not you may still have to take it back to them to get it installed properly, otherwise you may void the waranty.

hi,please help me!!! i have problems with my pc acer aspire 5101awlmi so i go to shop fix but after repair my pc nothing work in my pc i cant use my cam and everything install in my pc is lost!all programs gone from acer!
I got the acer aspire 6530 ,use one time tune up and lose the dll file from the cam,the drivers you can find on the oficial website dont work.
laptop now 4 month old!
