I solve this using Fn + F6, using a 5536 model. Just press Fn + F6, keep holding it and hit the power button, wait for about 5 or 7 seconds, release the Fn and F6 keys. thank you so much guys!
the 5536-5224 DOESN'T have bluetooth. It has the button but it's not functional. You have to buy a bluetooth chip and install it. Believe me I know, I did it. You can install all the drivers you want but without putting in the chip you will never have bluetooth.
As soon as you turn on the system, Start hitting the F2 key repeatedly. It will take you to the Bios setup screen.
Please feel free to contact for any further assistance.
Thank you for choosing Fixya

it doesnt have bluetooth bult in.. acer aspire 5536 http://www.acerdirect.co.uk/Acer_Aspire_… the reason it has the button is the case used it designed for lots of models, you can buy a internal bluetooth adapater but its quicker just to buy a usb bluetooth dongle.
There are six sub models included in the model number you have given and according to the acer website none of the specifications indicate that there is wirelss bluetooth built into the laptop. So it appears that it does not.
Acer currently maintain a wide variety of models of notebook computer in the current range, and for any given range of notebooks the onboard options may vary but the case remains constant across the range for each series of notebook. This means that some machines will have case buttons that lack functionality. The most common of these are the Bluetooth and Wireless LAN toggles on the front of many of the cases. You may have the button but the device isn't there, it is only on the more expensive models. Easily fixed by getting a USB Bluetooth adaptor
5536-???? what is the other part of te model you own ???
