I left my timex solar watch in my watch case too long - and it stopped working. How do I repower the watch. (I have had it out in sunlight for a couple of days).

I am thinking you need a new battery. It appears to be a battery operated watch that runs on solar power IF there is light.

How long will a Timex Solar watch last?
The solar movement functionality creates an environmentally-friendly and maintenance free timepiece that can be charged through indoor fluorescent light or outdoor sunlight. Once fully charged, the battery life can reach two months. If worn daily, there is very little chance the watch will stop.

Citizen Eco drive Inop

On my Citizen Eco Drive, although I pulled it out to the second stop, I have to pull just a bit harder to get the hands to engage. You may want to take it to a jeweler and ask them about it. They may be able to fix it on the spot at no cost. Who knows and there is no charge for asking.

2006 bought, stopped working, does it need a battery change? Is it worth changing the battery?

It looks like you paid over $100 for the watch, I suggest to give a try changing the battery. Actually if you take it to some watch repair shop.. some of them will NOT charge you if replacing the battery does not bring your watch back to life!
I hope this helps!

Nike Triax Fury works after replacing battery, but buttons wont work or change anything!

I had the same problem - replaced the battery of my Nike Triax Fury and the time was blinking and none of the buttons were working. Turns out that you need both springs placed in the proper spot - the silver and gold springs. Both springs can be placed in their proper spot with the batter in. The gold one goes in the tiny hole near the "view" spot, and the silver spring goes year the 'cage' that holds the battery in place accross from the gold spring. Good luck.aa07e646-2c11-45e3-b8fa-b40ec2fd82c2.jpg

Omega Seamaster 300M won't resart after replacing the battery ,which is an Eveready Energizer #395.I have replaced the battery once before, and there was no problem. What I can tell you is when I at

The loss of the stem is probably what caused the watch to stop.
The only remedy is to remove the back cover and identify whether a press-stud or screw held it in place.
A press-stud should allow the stem to be simplt pushed back in - although it may need some help by pushing if it's stiff.
A screw would likely have loosened, unscrew slightly, reinsert the stem and then screw down firmly.
It is unlikely that any parts were lost and if you are not comfortable opening the case, refer to a watch maker (rather than a jeweller) who will do it for you and also assess whether any damage had occurred to start the problem off.

Watch stopped while in hospital and now, although running again, has the second hand moving in two second intervals

Some Seiko kinetic watches and other self charging watches do this when the battery is low. If it relies on you moving to keep it charged that may explain why it stopped in hospital. Try giving it a good shake and see if it starts moving smoothly again
