Go to the network connection or network and internet connection in the control panel. The pc maybe picking up wireless connection from other devices around you. You can go there and remove them.

And when you did that, did the system then work? If it did you may have a faulty WiFi card or an incompatible driver.

The user has not described the operating system in use.
However this problem generally occurs due to incompartible hardware. in this case it is ever stated. ie. Network interface Device. I suggest you disconnect the Network devices including cables, then try to reboot.
If not descibe how far the booting process gets and type of network hardware connected and operating system to your system
