I have a Whirlpool Gas Super Capacity 465 oven model SF325PEGW. I have lost my manual and I do not know if this is a self-cleaning oven or continuous cleaning or if I have to use Easy Off.

You can download the manual on the Whirlpool web site. Drill down to the technical and service sections. It takes a little poking around, but the information is there to download for free.

If the interior has a rough surface, it's a self-clean. If the ionterior is smooth, it's a manual clean. Remember that when you turn the self clean feature on, your oven heats up to about 800 degrees and smetimes burns out electronic parts. Try to NOT use this feature.
