This is the user's manual for a Phillips remote control. There is a list of codes in it. They should be rather universal. There's also instructions as to how to program it. I believe that there is a way to program it without using the codes.
Programming with Code Search
1. Manually turn on the device (TV, VCR, etc.) to be controlled.
2. Press and hold Code Search button until the red indicator stays on. Release the Code Search button.
3. Press and release the desired mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blink, then stays lit.
4.
Press the Channel Up button repeatedly (up to 300 times) until the
device could be controlled changes channel. The red indicator blinks,
then stays lit. If you accidentally overshoot the code required, press
the Channel Down button to backtrack through the library until the
device changes channel. Pressing Channel Up changes direction to
forward again. Press and release the Mute button to install the code.

You have a SRC 3036/27. Go to www.URC.Philips.com It will have then in the first section put in united states URC models. Then in the next section put remote starts with SRC. The next section put SRC 3036. I have spent 30 minutes browsing through for codes for my remote. The lesson I learned is that is when you buy a universal remote. Save the codes. Hope this helps.

The print is quite small, and you'll probably need to make two changes to your printer setup in order to read it all if you are going to print it out. First, change your print setting from Portrait to Landscape, then you'll need to tell your printer to use Legal sized paper instead of Letter sized. If you're not sure how to do that, then check the instructions for your own printer, however if you're printing directly from Internet Explorer, go to the File menu, choose Print (or hit Ctrl-P). This will open your print dialog box, and you'll need to take if from there.
