I just got and installed the printer the very first print it jams. I pull out the paper and notice the bottom right corner is missing in the printer. I end up printing 2 pages, than get a printer jam error. I cannot see any paper in the printer, but I still get a paper jam error.
I have the same exact problem of paper half torn removed but I can not see the other half anywhere. The printer has hardly worked for at the most six pages and now showing paper jam error. How do I fix it?
That missing piece got stuck inside the printer,
immediately contact the place of purchase for replacement or the manufacturer (they will cover all shipping cost)
Note:
Be sure to check the far left of the carriage area when checking for jammed paper. Paper that is jammed there may be hidden from view.

My paper went in on an angle and never came out . I can't see the paper but its in there somewhere
Keep trying to print on my epson cx8400. It will print 4x6 photos with no problem. When I put in a 81/2 x11 paper one side keeps jamming. Was printing fine and this happened. No paper was torn in their. It seems like 1 roller is not working. How do I fix this. I spent enough money on it. And I only had it for 1 yr and used moderatley. This should not be happening.
After every print job the printer shows a paper jam error. I have to turn it off and then back on before it will print again.
