That means you have lost 24 volts somewhere.
The most common causes for that are as follows.
1) a blown fuse. (usually a blade fuse mounted on the board)
2) a broken/loose/disconnected wire.
3) a bad 24V transformer.
When the unit loses control voltage (24V) it brings on the blower motor. This is done for safety reasons.
