May I know what tablet you have? Are you unable to access the whole tablet? If ever I do recommend doing a factory reset to it but that would erase your apps and just need to re download them again.
Hey !!! its to do with files which are supported by Iphone. I have the sameproblem too - guess we have to forego some files !! As far as I know - unsupported file systems are the problem.
Have the person that sent you the email - re-send that email. Then instead of opening that email attachment, save it first to a location on your hard drive.
then you should be able to open it safely and completly.
