Go online if you have a computer and type in Black & Decker 19" electric Lawnhog mulching Mower owners manual. I had good luck finding manuals that you can print right out.

never saw your brand weed eater . but most weed eaters ,the string cap either unscrews or has plastic tabs that have to be pushed sideways with a flat blade screwdriver.If you have the plastic tabs ,be careful not to crack them off when pushing them sideways with a screwdriver--- so that the nub can clear the slot and get the cap off. for better info call morrison customer service and ask. phone # on weed eater and in owners manual. also , owners manual should have instructions under how to change string. a pdf manual can be downloaded from morrison weed eater. you will need to know your model number before morrison can help you.

Most lawnmower blades simply attach with a bolt through the blade which bolts into the bottom of the crank shaft. The blades usually have a curve at the end of the blade, and this curve would point up when properly installed. If you post the model number of the machine, I can probably point you to a schematic which will show exactly how your blade mounts.
Unfortunately Murray as we all knew them, and the Murray that manufactured your mower went belly up in the early 2000s. There owners manuals are not available anymore. The brand was purchased by another company and mowers with the murray name are being manufactured again. Parts are available to an extent as well.
You will need your model number. Go to www.toro.com. Put in your model number. I know there is a plug you can put in the chute and it will turn it into a mulcher. Without your model number, I was not able to come up with a part number for you. Good Day.

When the mower is off and the clutch is disengaged you should not be able to physically turn the blade(s) if you can then you need to adjust the blade brake (look on the mower deck and you should see what appears to be a brake pad). Your owners manual will show you how to adjust. If you need a copy of the owners manual then I would suggest going to www.managemyhome.com and downloading a free copy of the manual for your mower (Need model number which starts is located under the seat).
