The connector bus where the front wire connections go, is usually marked. It's usually two rows of pins sticking up. You should be able to determine where the power wires connect. One pin will say PWR. The second pin you need is either next to, or across from that pin. The LED pins are labled too. Keep in mind that LED's have polarity. That is, a diode [light emitting DIODE- LED] only works one way. It's a one way "Valve" for electricity. So if you determine which two pins are for the power light and you connect them, it still may not work. Just reverse the two wires to the two pins and it should work.
I can't imagine that the MSI web site doesn't have the pinout for this board. It would be worth a look if you're not sure of what I'm saying here.

We need driver of ms-7142ver :1mother bord driver

MSI introduced Live Update a while ago and it has worked great for me so far. Live update is a software which runs on your computer which you can use to automatically detect your hardware and get the latest drivers. If you cannot run Live Update on your computer, use one of the following links:

http://www.e4allupgraders.info/dir1/motherboards/socket754/msi7142_downloads.shtml
http://www.ookz.com.pl/ms-7142/

Disclaimer: These are third party sites and I would not recommend using the drivers downloaded from them. Try to use Live Update instead.

I have an emachine t3104 and upgraded the memory the wires from the front of the case became un attached now I dont know where they connect on the motherboard they are black and whitebbgreen and white and...

That model has a MSI K8MM-V (MS-7142-010) motherboard. Mostly likely you knocked some of the computer case wire connectors off the motherboard. These connectors usually include things like the case speaker, indicator for your hard drive operating, etc.

You may want to do a websearch for the manual, which will show a detailed breakdown of these wire connections and how to reinstall them.
