The best way (if you don't have your unfreeze and unlock codes) is to go to cell unlock shop. They have a special equipment to calculate/retrieve codes depending on your carrier/IMEI/model.

your phone is locked only in network came from so you need to open line this for the new country.

For unfreezing you'll have to call the Network service provider or visit a phone repair shop nearby and they might be able to fix the problem.

when you purchased your simcard, you must have a puk code aswell. use this puk code to unlock the phone. if this not the solution, let me know

With working sim in phone, go to keypad and enter *2767*3855# and wait, this will fully reset phone so ensure you back up anything on it first, during repowering up remove battery and insert sim from other network then turn back on, phone should now be sim lock free. As always this is at your own risk.This will likely work with other Samsung phones
