You have to turn on the discovery mode on the phone in the blue tooth settings....usually will last for like a minute or so then hit the search or pairing button on the head set.

Where can I get a free download for the installer of my Motorola H710 Bluetooth headset

I don't think it comes with an installer. Instead, follow these instructions from eHow.com

1. Charge the headset for two hours before attempting to pair it.
2. Set the headset into pairing mode by opening the microphone. It will automatically go into pairing mode if it is the first time you are using the headset.
3. Set your phone into discovery mode by opening your Bluetooth settings and choosing to "Add" or "Search" for new devices.
4. Choose "Motorola H710" from the list of devices and enter the passkey, "0000," to complete the setup.

How to connect my motorola H710 bluetooth with my mobile

You must put it in pairing mode. If it has not been paired to other phones, just open its boom. After a while the indicator LED will be steady blue. Otherwise, if it has been previously paired to other devices, make sure the bluetooth radio of those devices are turned off. Then, open the boom and, as the headset won't find any devices already paired around, it will enter pairing mode automatically (again, indicated by the steady blue LED).
Once your headset is in pairing mode, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the H710 will show on screen. Select it and command it to proceed. If a passkey (or PIN, or pairing code) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros).
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, you can download it from this location;
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.
Cheers! Carlos

How do I sync my motorola H710 bluetooth with my Motorola Droid?

Here's the instruction manual for the H710:
Motorola H710 download instruction manual .pdf 2MB

You'll have to check your owners manual for your Droid, but it's probably under Settings > Connections > Bluetooth (Turn on) > Discover (Pairing code 0000)

I hear the person clearly, they cannot hear me.

I recently had this same problem with my Motorola H710 Bluetooth & my Samsung SGH-A737. I could hear the people on my Bluetooth, and they couldn't hear me. It wasn't muted. I tried turning both the phone & the bluetooth off, then back on, first one, then the other, then vice versa; nothing worked.

Finally I deleted the H710 from my phone & reinstalled it. This fixed the problem.

To do this, navigate your phone's menu looking for the Bluetooth/Connections portion (every phone is different); select the bluetooth, then delete it from your phone.

To reinstall it, turn the bluetooth off. Then go back to your phone's menu and look for the equivalent of "Search For New Devices"; then, turn on the bluetooth. When your phone finds it, select it. The phone will ask you to input the pin. If it's the Motorola H710, the default pin should be four zeroes: "0000". I have heard this is the same for other Motorola's as well, but I can't say for sure. If you have another brand of bluetooth, either get out the manual and/or box (which should have the pin in it somewhere), or else get online and Google the model number and the word "pin"; you'll probably find it.

After I reinstalled it, it worked like a charm.

Disconnect and connect on LG VU

i had the same devices and problem and found that connection quality was improved by turning the phone off for about 30 seconds and then turn it back on. Basically "restart" the phone. Hope you have the same success.
