If the cartridges are new and not refilled toner cartridges no idea other than a bad printer. But since the others are tracking I would guess that the smart chips on the cartridges weren't replaced and these are refilled new cartridges. In any case, try to reseat each of the cartridges not working and see what that does for you. A search for a chip you can put on the toner cartridges on EBAY will yield you a working solution should you need new smart chips for the cartridges. If the cartridges are Konica Minolta new I would contact whomever you purchased them from for some ideas as well.

You need to make sure that all sticker removed from the ink and that the vent are clear…some of the issue may cause the printer to give wrong reading especially if you touched the ink sensors or got ink around the housing from outside, as far as the level if you ran the alignment or self-cleaning that use lots of ink too
....let me know if that work for you and please do not forget to rate my service so I am able to continue providing same...god bless

I have change toner but same massage given

Then you still might have a bad toner cartridge. Try the following in the EXACT order:
1 Pull out the toner cartridge.
2 close the printer back up and let it recognize that there is not toner cartridge.
3 turn the printer oss
4 insert the new toner cartridge
5 turn the printer back on.
if the above fails you will need a new cartridge, preferably a different brand.

False ink empty

Are you sure its exclamation mark?..
This warning message related to print head. (warn out). When you are replacing ink tube assembly use dummy print heads to do the priming (new ink tubes are empty & they have to fill with ink)..
Action: Remove all cartridges and print heads, switch on the printer follow the screen message.(Insert cartridges first next dummy print heads).once its recognizes cartridges then it switch over to print heads, insert dummy print heads. Once printer recognized the dummy print heads, printer will perform priming, during priming dummy print heads will filled with respective inks.(follow the display message)Remove dummy print heads & insert normal print heads. Wait till printer recognizes print heads, load the paper & wait till performs the calibration, once calibration is successfully done issue closed.
If calibration not successfully done, check align print out for which print head is not printed properly, replace it..
Pl ensure that minimum 50% ink levels required in cartridges before performing the priming. Best of luck..

How to install printer catridge

Locate Empty Toner Cartridge
  • Turn off your Epson C900 printer and unplug it from your computer and from the electrical socket. Open the left-side panel of your C900 printer and locate the toner cartridge you want to replace. Epson has labeled each of the four cartridges.

Remove Old Toner Cartridge
  • Stick a finger in each of the holes in the empty toner cartridge. Pinch your fingers together and then slide the cartridge out from the printer's interior.

Insert New Toner Cartridge
  • Remove the new toner cartridge from its packaging and shake it vigorously to remix any settled toner. Take the cover off of the new cartridge by lifting it up and out to the right. Slide the new toner cartridge into the empty slot in your C900 printer. Close the left-side panel of your C900.

I had new tonner cartridge installed and it still says tonner life ended

The toner cartridge in this machine has a gear assembly that resetting the "toner empty" light, it is build in a way that after resetting the printer it "disabling" the gear, so no second reset is possible. If you install the new cartridge previously and took it out it already run the reset cycle and will not be able to reset the printer even if it full with toner. Some time the gear reset system will not reset even if it is new. If you reset the gear and the light comes back your cartridge is empty.
You can open the gear cover on the toner cartridge and reset the gear to the original position it is not a big deal, but don't hold me liable to your technical ability. The reset gear is the most right gear behind the "window" on the right side of the cover, when you are holding the cartridge with the gear housing in front of you. Good luck.

RESET TONER C9100

The waste toner cartridge has a transparent extrusion on the bottom, which fills with toner when the cartridge is full, but also if it is half full and shaken so that toner falls into this extrusion. If this happens, the only way to remove the toner is to open the cartridge by removing the tape, taking the two halves apart and shaking/blowing/hoovering it empty. You can stick them together again with ordinary sellotape.

How to reset waster toner bottle full Xerox 3535

Here's what I did.

Emptied the waste toner cartridge. Left it out of the machine. Held the microswitch (located to the right of the optical sensors) in the "cartridge in" position with a paperclip. Printed one document. Inserted the waste toner cartridge. Error now gone!

Pagepro printer toner empty problem

1. It tries to pump toner into a reservoir. If it doesn't activate a full sensor for the reservoir, it shows toner low. 2. Take the toner out and shake it hard about 10 times, this will make any settled toner loose, and should solve this. The problem is normally caused by old toner (your supplier might have had it on their shelf for a year or two).
