I want to set my jukebox on free play & I don't know how. The belt broke in the bill validator. I don't want to repair that if I can get my box on free play like I've always wanted it to be. It's a Nostalgia Gold 100 CD changer. Model # 20301567

. Open up jukebox and slide SERVICE SWITCH to SERVICE

2. On Keyboard, Press and HOLD IN POPULAR button and then type "000".

3. Display will now show three vertical lines.

4. Type in "27", then type in "255".

5. Press Popular to lock it in.

6. Slide service switch back to On. The display will now read "255 selections remaining"

Turning off the AUTO PLAY feature:

1. Follow steps 1 to three above

2. Type in "32", then type in "0".

3. Press Popular to lock it in.

4. Slide service Switch back to On.

When you first turn your jukebox on, you will always get some sort of Error reading. This usually involves the Bill acceptor...and you can ignore this message!

I would ask -- why did the belt break,I change them
every 6 years & inspect a couple times a year

You remove the belt & debris from it,replace the
broken cover if necessary, with a used one, & replace
any damaged sensor & repair any wiring

If you never work on your own vehicles,then we can't
direct a repair shop as to how to do what they choose to do

If you need to do a timing belt, then you watch a You Tube
Video about that, on your specific car & the diagram should
be on the belt sleeve, if you get a gates or quality belt

if your timing belt is broke,you should be looking at a massive repair bill and not worring about how to replace a belt.sorry.adrian,,,,

For free play on Rock-Ola 480. Open your jukebox, on the right,you will see a large metal box marked Profit Setter. In this box are Sections A, B and D. In section D, you will see very small white buttons on a pink background. Push ALL of the buttons in section D to the left with a pen.It will play for free until changed. Put in service mode, type 55, then hold reset down while toggling 9 to cut on or off.
Should say free play on display.
