Go to settings on your phone, click on the phone option, it will display different option, select call forwarding or call divert, enter the number you forwarding the call to and press ok, you are done. follow the same procedure, when you get to call forwarding, you can select to cancel as you can no longer add a number.

yes, you should have a transfer button on the phone. click that then type the phones extension to which you which to transfer the call and hit transfer again

Your Norstar system is capable of outbound call transfers... transfers to people outside your phone system.

Most instances, the programmers shut off this feature of out bound transfers to protect your system from fraud.

A programmer will be required if you need this feature to work.

Otherwise, try this... outside caller calls in, (you want to transfer caller to a cell phone), press the TRANSFER button, pick an outside trunk (Line 2), and dial out, when you hear ringing, hang up.

The call will be transfered to the cell phone.

tell who is calling
hang-up to finish transfer process

Go to Settings from the menu options. Select it, then select Call settings. From call settings, select call transfer or divert call. There, you will be able to activate call transfer to a specified number.

sounds like the phone transfer numbering is out of sync or someone thinks its funny to send there transfered calls
i would go with the lessor of 2
phone numbering extensions example=

say you want to call someone at 2430 ext. but it takes you to 2340 that would be phone interupt extention box

the phone company who installed the software should come out and make sure the extensions are to the correct offices its there service but you pay for quality service to know and see it works

to send back calls just transfer back to secretary switch board the secretary will know what to do

Press transfer then dial 9 plus the phone # you want to transfer to. If this does not work , you may be restricted in software from trunk to trunk transfer.

press recall key plus the extension number then you can transfer the call
