HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless  All-In-One InkJet Printer Logo

8500 officejet pro premier will not align my checks for quickbooks. Has default of continuous feed paper and I have individual checks. Also on Quickbooks on printer set up has fax as printer. Went to control panel and it is set up right but cannot get checks to print. On 3 part checks print is to low.

Hp 8500 printer stuck in continuous cleaning and alignment loop after replacing cartridge

Printer wont do the alignment process if we replaced the cartridges, might be removed/re inserted the printer heads, then ply it process the alignment, if the print head nozzles are clogged, alignment process wont completes..
>Remove the print heads clean the nozzles with tissue paper gently at nozzles.

HP Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless All-In-One InkJet Printer Paper feed will not drop down every time, and is making a grinding noise. Is replacing that piece available?

I don't understsand what you mean by Papaer feed will not "DROP DOWN"?

I to have the same printer, the paper feeds from the tray (s) from below.

A little more info please?

The grinding in the system trying to feed through the paper.

Just a thought, turn the printer round find the release levers and check the internals for paper jam.

Keep getting code 0060--won't start up. How do I get it reset?

My HP 6500 709N all in one printer displays "paper jam" error message. Have searched thru printer - no jam, no little bits of paper. Have been thru the trouble shooting process - doesn't help and...

I have an HP 8500 premier with 2 paper trays. When I try to print from tray 2, the paper feed rollers don't touch the paper. I can pull the rollers down, but they spring right back up. on tray 1 the...

it touches the tray according to he size needed so if u want in the second tray can keep the size greater then a4 and chnage the settings so it takes from the second tray .................
