I also accidentally deleted my audio card - everywhere I have gone someone wanted to sell me something to fix it. I discovered that by going into the System Restore and going back to a date where everything was working correctly, my audio program was also restored. Hope this saves someone else some time, effort and $$.

Reinstall it from sound blaster website, or the computers manufactures website, or from the CD which came with the computer.

How an earth did you manage to delete your sound ??

if you click on my link this should take you to hp website where you should be able to download
another audio driver www.hp.com go to support/downloads give your make model and operating system then scroll down and find the audio driver

or you can click on this link and get a realtek driver www.realtek.com go to downloads then click on either the HD audio driver or the AC.97 audio driver

Lenovo 3000 c100 accidentally delted realtek

Check that you have downloaded the correct driver. Be sure to reboot after installing the driver. Also check if the sound is mute.

Accidentally deleted my audio device

check your model first, in your bottom case. eeePC 4G. And now you connect to ASUS site for downloading that driver, for you need it.

http://support.asus.com

click DOWNLOAD (right side)

select product (up) = Eee Family
select product (middle) = Eee PC
select product (bottom) = Eee PC 4G Surf/XP
and then click SEARCH....
select for win xp
