Changing the name on the mitel superset 4025 I have replaced someone at work and I am trying to change her name and add mine. So mine shows up on the caller id when I call someone within the company. The time has to be changed in the programming interface of the phone system itself. You cannot change the time from any set other than a 4150 or a super console 1000. These sets can only be used to change the time on a mitel sx200 or icp. This does not work on the 3300.

Your Mitel telephone gets it's time from the system, not from within the phone. The system admin or vendor will need to log into the system to make the time adjustment.
Most school districts that I have dealt with have an IT staff that has the ability to log into the phone system to make changes to things like names, extension numbers, reset mailboxes, and time change to list a few.
I am sorry that I really can't help resolve this without redirect to them.

You will need to contact your Vendor to have them change it. The time is for the entire phone system, not just an individual telephone.
Most sites I work with, have a site admin that can set the time. If they can't someone should contact the supporting vendor.

Either your on-Site system administrator, or your vendor will have to make the change. This is a system wide setting, not just your phone.

Was your old phone the same type? If not most change in programming.

Phonebook is for internal extensions. As soon as you add a ext. and name in phone system it is added to the phonebook.

Need to log into phone system or if the 4150 is a sub att. you go through the softkeys.

It depends on your Mitel Telephone system.

If your system is an SX200 ICP ~ then going thru the Blue Superkey options the Mitel will let you change your own name.

But ~ if you have a 3300 ICP then the name change is only performed via the system programming.

Under the Blue Superkey, you can find a Call Forward prompt, enter the extension that you want to transfer your calls to and enable it.

To shut the call forwarding off, go back into the Blue Superkey and in Call Forwarding,t here is a disable call fording option

The only way to change the time on your individual phone is to change the time on the entire phone system.
