My warranty ran out and I took my sony vaio vgn-fs745p/h to a computer shop because the harddrive crashed and they installed a new harddrive and I lost my factory sony software and none of my keyboard shortcuts work. Is there anyway I can get the factory software so it will be like it was when I first bought it?

The factory software will be available in the manufacturer's website. Look for support website for the laptops and look for drivers and downloads and download the most important being Chipset , wireless and ethernet drivers, audio and video.

You will also have an option to download the Burning software depending upon the manufacturer.

How to change hard drive on Sony VGN-N130G?
I need the model number printed on the front of your case, VGN-N130G does not exsist on the sony web support page. http://support.vaio.sony.eu/computing/vaio/index.aspx?l=en_GB

Usually there is a cover under your laptop that is marked.
Remove 1 or 2 screws and your harddrive should just slide out.

the repair shop where your syster took the computer to maybe reformatted the computer using a retail version of operating system disc. you will need to install all drivers and software from this link esupport.sony.com

How can i master reset my sony vaio vgn ux280p
you can access the Vaio recovery center to format the harddrive and bring the computer back to the factory settings
  1. restart the computer
  2. when you see the Vaio logo on the screen press and hold the function key + f10 (fn+F10) to load the vaio recovery center
  3. in the editboot option screen, press enter
  4. it will load the Vaio Recovery Center
  5. click restore c: drive from vaio recovery center
  6. follow on-screen instruction. process may take 45mins to 1hour to complete with random restarts.
