You don't know what your email address is, or you don't know which email address you used for a certain site? The first one would be hard to believe. How have you logged in before now? It looks like you're same person who asked about signing into Facebook on a friend's phone. You'll have to remember your email address to get any further.

The second question depends on the site you're trying to access, but you'll probably just have to enter your different email addresses until you figure out which one it is.

If you have problems remembering your email address, you should probably write it down or pick one that's much easier to remember.

I'm figuring that sound is not enabled in the Internet Explorer browser.

Check by selecting: Tools - Internet Options - Advanced tab - (Scroll down) - Multimedia - to see if "Play Sounds in Webpages" has a check mark. If not, add a check mark, select "OK", close Internet Explorer and try again.
