Hi,
I'm not quite sure what it is you exactly want here but if you need to get into the BIOS utility then as the computer is starting up repeatedly tap the Del key or the Esc key.

Regards.

Driver for Teac FD-505 Combo Floppy Drive?

You may have to enable 'A' drive through the bios. Depending on the bios, you need to hit F1 or F2 or F10 at initial start up. You can hit all three at once and get into the bios. Then navigate your way through the bios to find where to enable and disable drives.

My computer can not boot -BIOS ROM checksum error

to be honest if you have tried to re-flash your bios, and it did not work you still either have hte wrong version or the disc drive your using to flash it from is faulty. try another floppy drive/disc and try again. if that dont work. to be honest it's not worth getting it repaired just go out and spend £30-40 on a new mobo. sorry i'm not more helpfull but i dont believe it's worth spending that much time and effort on an old system like that with this kind of problem. good luck to you. let me know how you get on ok.

Please help

Try pressing F2 / Del key during startup. That should bring the bios setup. Now Restore that defaults & install OS on your HDD. If you are not using Floppy drive, disable the onboard floppy controller from BIOS.

Installation

You need to use floppy disks (called boot disks) to boot DOS with cd-rom drivers, because the win98 cd isn't bootable by default.

I suggest you to go to http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm and grab the respective windows 98 boot disk.

You will need a functional computer to write the disk image into the floppy.

After that put the boot order in BIOS as floppy first.

Once you see DOS prompt A:\> just access your cd-rom drive like d: or e: and then type install
