Do they make adapters so the cd changer will fit

THIS IS A 10 DISK TRUNK MONT CHANGER THE WIRE FOR THE MODJIL TO THE CD CHANGER.

CD changers can be made to run on adapters.There are adapters availible that switch into the cigarette lighter socket with ratings of 50w,100w.Or else if its for a small cd changer, check current rating of the cd changer.ideally the voltager rating would be 12v.Then purchase an adapter with the given specific current and voltage rating.And use it with ur cd changer.
