Where is the position of the jumper to remove bios password satellite R10

I imagine you cannot login into the computer and a password on boot is preventing you from doing anything. There is nothing you can do yourself. You must take or send the Toshiba R10 tablet PC to a Toshiba Certified Service Center to have the password removed or reset. You will have to pay for the service as the R10 is old and may no longer be under warraty.

What is the combination of keys (shortcut) to change the screen resolution (not orientation).

There is no Fn-Fx key combination to change screen resolution (at leat on my R10 running Windows XP. Even if you create a shortcut to open the graphics properties you still have to open the relevant tab manually to change resolutions.
You can open the Intel Extreme Graphics 2 for mobile icon on the tray, go to the graphic properties change the resolution and save as a scheme. With a customized scheme defined you will be able to click the Intel Graphic properties and select that scheme. But be careful, your tablet pen will no longer be calibrated with the available screen area.
I tried on my R10 (native resolution 1024x768) and all I could select was 800x600@ 60Hz.

Touch screen

You'll need to go to the Device Manager and look for HID (Human Interface Devices) on the list. You'll need to find one of the devices that pertains to the Touch Screen feature. This usually has the word "Wacom" on it. Right click on the device and choose "Disable"

The Satellite R10-S802TD doesn't have built in bluetooth device, however it's bluetooth compatible. any external bluetooth adapter will work. Toshiba recommends
