Afraid, you must purchase a new clicker. this is counterfeit brand, with no codes for universal remotes. If you can't get it at manufactures, check all available universal remotes at department stores for supporting this "brand". Sorry, didn't have any good experience of getting parts for "Protron".

Well, the original is no longer available, but go to www.remotes.com and enter the model number, the remote number or the part number and they will show the replacement for it. It's pretty darned ugly and it costs $46.95

I think the price is very inflated however, since the original is no longer available.
I'd look at some reviews of 'universal' remotes, then go to their websites and check to see if your set is in their code list.

Protron 32", new Directv R66 receiver/remote. Code is 10030. Works

I spoke with their tech support in India and was told this tv will not work with a universal remote.

I have the same problem, and you have two options: (1) Buy a Logitech Harmony remote - they are expensive, but their database probably has the codes. (2) Go to remotes.com and get the original for $40 or so. Use a learning universal remote to grab the codes, and leave the original remote in a safe place.
