I suppose that .MOI is the solution, maybe in this file there is details about time, date... Only we need to find out how to merge .MOI & .MOD...

How do I get time date stamp to show on video footage taken with JVC Everio GZ-HD620

The AVCHD file contains the time date stamp as subtitle track. Any player that can show subtitles can show the time/date stamp (I use Videolan Player).

Usually, after downloading the avchd files to my computer, i do an OCR on the sub file and convert it to .srt, as well as conver the avchd into .mkv and include teh subtitle file into it.

How to print photos with date and time

The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every picture in its EXIF metadata. Any photo viewing/editing program should be able to display this data. To print this data, please consult the documentation for whatever program you're using to print your pictures. Depending on the program and printer you may print the date on the image, in the margins, or on the back.

I am making discs using the everio share station. Even though I have the date showing when I play it through the camera, it does not show up when I play the disc back. How do I get that to work?

unfortunately, with everio share station will not allow you to do it that way. You really, absolutely need the date and time on the video, you will have to capture the date and time with another device. For example, the one touch video capture vc500 will do that for you. To my knowledge, there are no software out there that can capture date and time at the moment.

I have a Sony HDR-SR11 and the time/date stamp is on all my videos? How can I remove it? The simplest solution would be much appreciated.

I believe that you can select the DISP button on the left side of the camera to make the date and time display disappear from the viewscreen on the camera. I do not know if this will remove it from the footage that you will need to download to your PC or DVD. If you have downloaded it already you may need to select the DISP (for display) button and then re-download the movie footage.

How do I locate date/time?

Here is the link for the manual. There is detailed info around pages 20-25 on this topic.

On mine you go to Menu, Video Display, and then change the date time to on.

Most camers will always record the date/time stamp, whether or not it is displayed is this setting.

New JVC Everio MG 130

Hi, to set the time or date, first press the MENU button (beside the DIRECT DVD button). Nudge the joystick to the left to select which settings you want to edit. Then go up until you reach the general options. Nudge the joystick right. Move the joystick up until you see "CLOCK ADJUST". Here you can set the correct time. The light is really easy to access. In the shooting mode (where you are seeing live video from the lense), nudge the joystick down. The light should come on. Nudge it down again to put it on Auto. It will turn on/off depending on the lighting. Nudge it down a third time to turn it off. Hope this helps!
