If you are well versed with editing the registry, that will be the second thing you might have to do. First try running the uninstall for the software, then reboot the computer before trying again. if that does not work, DO NOT edit the registry if you don't know what you are doing, you can cause more damage than you already have.
One last thing you can try is to create a new profile and make the profile have admin privileges then log into that profile and install the software there. The new profile might work. I spent 25 years servicing computers for a big company, and i will I could put 10 years of experience in your head with a simple message, but sadly that can't happen. Good luck , Joe

I think i know what happened. Windows Upgrade Advisor by the name itself it means that there has to be an older version present on teh system to be UPGRADED. Have you tried installing WIN7 with OKR v6.0 then downloading OKR v7.0 try not uninstalling the OKR v6.0

Better way is to remove it through regcleaner.......

vista unistallation may not have fullly be done . use any linux or windows live cd and do a full format ( not quick ) the drive in which vista has benn installed
