F13 flashes on my Frigidaire electric range

Exact same thing happened to me. After a power failure my Frigidaire stove worked and the clock worked but bake broil and self clean gave me a DR error. Tried everything to reset nothing worked. When I unplugged and plugged back in I got an f13 code.I changed the control board and the entire oven is back in business!

The F13 fault code on this type of range indicates that the EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory) on the control board is bad. Sabrina I do not see an F13 Error Code for Whirlpool, Try unplugging oven for a few minutes and then plug or switch power back on from breaker and it should reset. Also send the exact model number located inside your bottom drawer door or oven door. If reseting the power did not help then according to Frigidaire suggested corrective action the electronic oven control (aka EOC) has to be replaced.

Hi, you stated that you cooked a meal that produced some humidity inside the oven. this is the cause of the F-1 code. the humid conditions that were present at the time, caused the EOC(electronic Oven Control) to short. you will need to replace this control board at this time. it has failed.

press clear for five seconds if that doesn't work then power down for 30 seconds then on if that doesn't work replace the eoc
