What you are asking for is not possible. You need to call a garage door repair technician. They will drill a hole through the door and using a special tool can pull the rope to release the door.

Have a new craftsman garage door opener and a new chamberlain keyless entry pad. i cannot get the keyless entry pad to work

As you may know by now there are keypads and then there are keypads. They must be made to work together as there are some that are not compatible. Posting your model numbers might help a little.

Ladies / Gentlemen: I have a Craftsman 139.53975SRT1 Garage Door Opener. What is the correct keyless entry pad for this opener? Will a 139.53876 keyless entry pad work with this opener? Thank You! ...

The correct keypad for your opener is 139.53684. The 53876 keypad is an older technology and will not work correctly. If you program it you will find your remotes no longer work and if you reprogram your remotes the keypad will not work.

I have a craftsman garage door opener,i also bought a craftsman.

some door openers have a limited memory or a maximum number of remotes allowed this is usually 5-8 total entries. I works this way as you enter a device is progams into slot 1 on the memory then the next entry goes into memory 2 etc. if you exceed the number of memory slots then hte 1st one will be omited. You may have overridden your keyless if you have multiple remotes plus you car(s) may exceed your limit or you had several attempts with the keypad that used up the available slots. I recommend you try to reset the remotes now that you have successfully programed the keyless. If you find that reprogramming the remotes knocks out the new key pad then repeat the steps with all the remotes in sequence one after another. good luck

Sears craftsman keyless entry for model 139.53684

If I am correct, there is a green button on the opener. Hold that down until it stop blinki ng. Once it has, pres the opener. It should read the code and work the next time you hit the opener remote.
If not, sorry. This has worked for me
