You have a missing (or corrupted) VGA driver. Your motherboard has on board the ATI Radeon* Xpress 200 VGA chip. From this official link you can download the proper VGA driver. Just choose your operating system at the central box and the word "drivers" at the right box and you will get the list of all the available drivers for your model at the lower of the page. Choose the VGA drivers and proceed to download.

After reinstalling/installing an Operating System you can lose the Audio Drivers or sometimes they just corrupt.. Try reinstalling the Audio Drivers from the disk provide with your P.C./Laptop. If you no longer have the disk just visit the website of the makers of your P.C./Laptop or Motherboard and download the Audio Drivers from there, after that install them.

if you have a windows cd you can do a system restore from it or at the boot screen some computers have a system recovery so you can use system restore without a disk, if you can use system restore, restore your computer to a earlier time and that should solve your problem

Go this site and at the left hand side, go to the desktop board and select your exact motherboard model. After selecting the model you just download the driver as per your requirement and install it.
