If you are trying to connect your smart phone to your home wifi try changing the WEP to a WPA which is what I had to do plus had to go into my router and disable wireless security. Don't ask why but after disabling the security I still had to add the WPA in order to connect my phone. Hope this helps
first you have to pair your blue tooth device to your phone, first you turn the bt power to on on your phone menu, next you have to put your blue tooth device headphones into discovery mode, now most bt manufactures use the power button for this feature,by holding the power button down for 6 to 10 seconds when you turn the bt device on it usually puts the bt intodiscovery mode.a solid light usually remains on on your blue tooth device, then you can search or add new device from your phone menu.once they have paired or recognized you will need a pin pairing code. Most manufactures of blue tooth devices use a factory 4 digit pin pairing code ,they are as follows0000,1234,9999,or1111 i hope this helps
normally, the pairing has to be done once. If successfull, you can not pair the device a 2nd time withou removing it from the "paired devices" list in your phone. In order to get it recognized you should do the following. 1. check that BT is off on both devices 2. turn BT on on your mobile phone 3. power on your headset. In case, you have paired the headset successfully before, it has to be registered in your phone. It should then automatically find for the paired device (your phone in this case) and connect. Dont try to power on the headset before turning BT on on your mobile phone. If you have no success try to navigate to the bluetooth settings, check "paired devices" and make sure that your headset is deleted. Do the pairing and the 3 stepps above once again. Don forget, that the headsets also have to be charged..
the default pairing code in blue tooth is 0 or 0000.if it asks any other code means just contact the servicer of your mobile. they will provide you the code for your mobile model.
The default pass key is 0000 but before entering the key in your mobile, you'll have to enter your wep 495 into a pairing mode which you can do by pressing & holding the call button till the led gets stable. Thanks & Regards Vaibhav Y. Dhakate
The Samsung WEP-150 passkey (or PIN, or pairing code) is '0000' (four zeros).
Please, let me know if you need further clarifications on how to pair your headset with other bluetooth enabled devices.
Cheers!

1. activate bluetooth on handset (phone) then immediately. 2. Press and hold mute switch on wep180 for 8 secs until led flashes blue. Release button only after you see the flashing blue led which indicates the WEP180 is active. 3.Enter the pin 0000 which is the default pin code on the WEP 180 and the handset should connect to your WEP 180 - I dont know how to get it to pair with the PS3.
