Echo blower wont start after replacing air filter kit

Old air filter casing cracked and needed to be replaced. Two screws insert thru choke apparatus and into carbeurator, which is briefly removed and replaced along with new choke and filter kit. After replacement I can no longer get it to turn over regardless of choke position. Did removing the carbeurator cause this?

I have a echo 330 evl it ran good till i left it set 3 years it started easy wont rev got a rebuild kit soaked in carb cleaner all nite blew it out assembled it put gas in started still wont rev

air cleaner is clean? was rebuilt ? good spark plug? is there a air / fuel adjustment screw or a high / low idle screw on the side of carb. that may be out of adjustment? fuel lines are in good shape? (not cracked or broken sucking air in)?

How to adjust the air/mixture screw on a 25-4cc RYOBI blower vacuum

I start with the screw about 1 1/2 turns out from fully seated (turned all the way in) but be careful when turning it all the way in not to turn it too hard as you can damage the end of the mixture screw. This should get you close enough to fine tune it.

I can send out emails but not getten any emails back at all

I would start with checking and changing air filter, spark plugs, fuel filter and temp sending unit since that sensor is wat tells the comp it needs to be choked. Since you did not specify year I guess I will include if its carburated if it does have a carb its a choke issue if it has and mechanical temp choke (a coiled spring inside a casing) I would recomend replacing it with a cable or electric choke kit. If it already has an electric choke check wiring and replace if necessary. Also clean the carb and change the fuel filter may eeven just need a rebuild kit

Pb-413 blower. starts w choke, then stalls when choke is taken off. wont run at full throttle without choke on about 90%

Most likely there's a problem with fuel supply - choking cuts air supply optimizing the air/fuel mix. Most common solution is to check and clean the carburetor.

If there's a tiny fuel filter in the fuel line between tank and carburetor check it on excessive pollution. Replace it when necessary.

When opening the blower for carburetor cleaning - also check the airfilter and replace when dirty.

If never opened the blower - take pictures with a digital camera at each step. The pictures can help with assembly after cleaning.

Runs rough and only on full choke

Did you relpace the inline fuel filter? they need replacing every year due to fuel addtive required by the feds. Try that first then the primer bulb check valve could have dirt in it with the air cleaner off look into the carb port and press the button three or four times, if you see no fuel then replace the filter first then pull the gas bulbp apart and clean.
