There are a number of factors that can affect gas flow. #1. is the tank valve open? #2. check the POL spud [the thing that screws into the tank] for mud or anything that might plug the hole. #3. the regulator may be stuck, take a butter knife and tap the regulator with the handle lightly [that's the disc shaped thing that the POL is attached to]. #4. check the burner tube for restrictions such as a spider web or mud dauber nest

My rangemaster professional + 90 gas is when you turn on the oven and turn up the gas all the burners igniters start working can you please help .

Hello. Normally the ignitors WILL all start sparking--only the burner you've initiated will turn on. All the ignitors are wired together with a harness underneath the cooktop. This harness is connected to a spark module and when you choose whichever burner, it simply energizes the module. Only the burner with gas flowing will ignite. I hope this helps you!

I have a toro super cycler gts 5 model 20475 6.0 engine i put new gas in it a new spark plug but if i loosen the gas bowl no gas come out and it wont start what could be wrong

Ensure fresh gas is in tank. Follow gas line from tank to carb. Have locking pliers ready to pinch off gas line or close gas line valve. Remove gas line from carb. observe gas flow to carb. Remove carb bowl from bottom of carb. Attach gas line to carb. Does gas flow to carb. Observe float, float down gas flows, float up no gas flow. If float is bad replace float assembly or carb. Remove float mounting pin and needle metering valve. Use a bread wrapper pealed back an inch so thin wire can clean out port of meter needle. Use wire to clean out center port. Observe bowl screw look for hole thru screw, clean out with wire if preset. Re-assemble carb. Clean replace air filter. Fill oil. 30w. Prime motor, pull rope 10 times to start. No start, replace carb.

Remove spark plug, clean or replace. Remove air cleaner, clean or replace. Ensure oil is full. 30w. Drain old gas out of tank. Fill with fresh gas with Stabile added. Remove bowl from bottom of carb. clean. Observe bowl screw, see if hole goes thru screw. Clean out. Bread wrapper works nice. Observe float. Float down gas flow, float up no gas flow. Re-assemble, prime 3 times, pull rope 10 times to start. No start replace carb.

1978 Kawasaki KLX 250 won't stay running

1. Make sure fuel is freely flowing from gas tank. 2, Take carb to a professional and have him clean and set it - especially the float level.

2001 TW 200: i got the bike to start it ran for about 1 min the...

Make sure you've covered the basics: fuel petcock should be in the "on" position; ignition must be in "on" position; kill switch must be in the "run" position; bike should be in neutral. Make sure there's fresh gas in the tank. Check the oil through the sight glass on the right side of the engine, with the motorcycle balanced and level. Check the spark by taking out the plug and holding against the engine while you crank the starter. There should be a blue spark that appears with every second revolution of the engine. Check the gas flow by pulling the gas tube off the carb and turning on the petcock under the gas tank. Gas should flow freely from the tube. If all of these tests check out okay, you may have a carburetor problem, such as a plugged jet. This is quite common if the bike hasn't been used for some time. Removing the carb and cleaning it isn't overly daunting. Check the TW200 forum at http://tw200forum.com/. There's lots of info there. Also, download a copy of the shop manual. Good luck.

No ignitors on gas range top

Pull out the bottom drawer and look for a cover over the spark ignition module. The ovens have glowbars and they have nothing to do with the top( different circuit).40a0b9a.jpg
