Check camera connection

This happens on my phone also. Its pretty annoying, turning it off and on doesn't work for me. Here's a fix that works for me:

Do a master reset by entering the following key combination from the home main screen: *2767*3855#

**Caution** Back up any files you want to keep, and copy your contacts to your sim card as this will completely reset your phone.

Your camera should work once again.

First try resetting your fon to its factory settings. try remove batt then put it back. if same thing happens then probably its hardware related already or your phone's cam losses its connections...
