Try to DFU restore your iPhone. Hope you got a backup, because you're losing the stuff on it. with iPhone plugged in, hold down the sleep wake switch, and the home button for about 10 seconds, until the iPhone turns off. Once the screen goes black, continue holding, count to 8. Release sleep wake switch, continue depressing home button. Wait for iTunes to recognize, and you'll be prompted to restore. If this does not work, you'll need to get in touch with apple. Either at an Apple Store, or at 1-800-APL-CARE

Yeah, just plug in the iPhone and restore it to factory settings. Pretty straight forward.
If you can't get iTunes to recognize it, then you might have to use recovery mode.
Plug in the iPhone to the computer.
Press and hold power button and home button until the iPhone powers off.
Once this occurs, wait 5 seconds exactly!!!
Then release the power button but keep holding onto the home button.
iTunes should recognize the phone being in recovery mode.
From there, click restore and you're done.
