Cannot open yahoo mail box from messenger. message displayed is, ''login.yahoo/config/reset_cookies_token?.token=......'' How to resolve it ??

Delete the cookies and retry
It'll fix it.

Please mention which internet browser are you using if you don't know how to delete the cookies.
Firefox:
Go to Tools>Options (a new window will open)
There click on Privacy option and then click on REMOVE INDIVIDUAL COOKIE (its in the middle of the screen)
Then search for the yahoo.com. click on it and then click remove cookie button.
Internet Explorer 8!
G to Tools> Internet Option> then under the Browsing History panel click on DELETE Button.In the new window only check the box behind the COOKIES and then click on DELETE button

Hi,
You have to delete cookies on your machine. To do so, go to Tools menu in your Internet Explorer, choose Internet Options at the bottom. In the dialogue box that appears click on Delete... under Browsing History category and then you can check Cookies to delete only the cookies.

i cant open messenger inbox

Try clearing all the cookies and temporary files. Close all the programs including the browser, open control panel, and again open "Internet Options", on the "General" tab, under the "Temporary Internet files" you'll see something like "Delete cookies" or "Delete files", click the button/s and delete all. Now restart your computer and try again. If the problem persists, let me know with the name of the internet browser you are using, like internet explorer, firefox, etc..etc... Also let me know the Operating System installed on your computer i.e. Windows xp or Windows vista, etc..etc...

How many browsers do you have ? - I have 3 (IE - firefox and Chrome)
Ist step of any troubleshooting is to launch a spare browser.
Download a new one trial
Make it default here ( Vista HP )
Start > Default program > Set your default program > find your new browser - click on it > OK
Launch new browser - to set sign in cookie- hit this link
https://login.yahoo.com/config/login_verify/
sign in - drop "@ yahoo.com" if you have yahoo email address.
