Microsoft has the help you need for this issue and I wont try to give you long and possibly misleading information on here.
It is a common problem but the answer is here
You need to refer to method "D" about half way down the page
Once you clear the print job check you dont have any extra printers installed as quite often happens in these situations. If you have then delete your extra printer installations.
Turn off system. Turn off printer and remove the power and data cables to printer and reconnect it back.
This will help.
Go to end task again but go to processes instead of application, then look for spoolsv.exe end task it then restart your pc
To delete print jobs
stuck in the print queue on Windows:
If print job(s) still remain in
the queue even after doing the steps above: Clear the SPOOL
folder Try to print
again after clearing the print queue.
Stop the Print Spooler service from
the Services console
Start the Print Spooler service from
the Services console
