Here's what you need to do

basically if you've never set that code before, the default is 12345. now take out your battery and leave the phone for a couple of hours or overnight and then when you put it back and it asks you for the unlock code, enter 12345 to unlock your phone.

if you forgot your security code then you need to reset your phone with nokia softwares tools. you can try 12345 which is the nokia`s normal security code. if its doesnt work then try to contact nokia service centre
