The guide, says to press VOL+ and Menu at the same time,
a) it's from the TV buttons NOT the remote!!!
b) you need to keep pressing these 2 until it stop saying "Power unlocking" but Unlocked.
Does it say power lock or OSD locked.
In case the OSD is locked do the following
hold [1] and the up arrow (usually the first and last button) till you get the message OSD UNLOCKED
Press and hold the #1 and the up arrow for 10 seconds on the remote to unlock the OCD and power button.
I think power lock means TV does not turn On.
Seems power supply board is defective that needs to be replaced.
